I immediately thought clockspring, and have started looking around for ways to replace it myself. Technically, this should be pretty easy. Did u check the shaft from the steering wheel to the gear box? pop the hood and have someone turn your wheel back and forthnote if the shaft is moving, the pitman arm should move as well, if not , since u put a new box in, its probably the shaft. 2004 overland 4"long arm lift.
