I've been watching it on pluto tv/freevee. not amazing apps and has commercials but hey - its free. Pluto tv has on demand so you can pick what episode you want otherwise you can watch it on the Top Gear channel - whatever episode is just playing, like cable. also the seasons or specials that aren't available on those apps, you can buy on prime. my bf and I are watching them now.
